This is Ande Macpherson, the founder of THRV. He has a wealth of experience in executive positions for international media corporations, as well as a lifetime of coaching. In 2017, he became a People Development consultant and has since worked with clients from a diverse range of sectors including aviation, construction, financial services, hospitality, healthcare, legal, manufacturing, media and third sector voluntary and community organisations. Ande has over half a decade as an Investors in People senior practitioner and uses that framework to support his clients. Ande’s vision for improving workplaces through building resilient and highly skilled people managers inspired him to form THRV. As well bringing a wealth of his own skills and experience, Ande delivers high quality services through a network of skilled associates. When Ande isn't involved with clients, he's with the family, trail running or on a DIY project.

This is Claire, she runs a highly successful international coaching business. Claire has a passion for fostering strong leadership environments, strengthening colleague capability through effective internal coaching strategies and networks. When Claire isn't wowing clients, she's taking walks or exploring the UK and beyond.
